The History of the Mandoya
Over 55 years ago the Mandoya opened for the first time in Bilbao’s Old Town.
Since then we have become known as a restaurant famed for our top quality and superb product, not to mention the friendly, courteous staff .

When you work with top quality food, it is easy to turn your fresh raw material into a mouth-watering delicacy, using only the element of fire. This is the reason we have our own nurseries, and buy fresh fish straight from the ports of Lekeitio and Bermeo.
